The R&B star performed a medley of songs by the King of Pop at the BET Awards last Sunday and became emotional during his performance.
Now insiders are suggesting that Chris' tears weren't genuine and that one of his bodyguards slipped him tear-inducing eye drops backstage, shortly before he started his tribute.
"He rubbed it in and he started crying," a source told UsMagazine, although Brown's spokesperson doesn't agree - claiming that story is "completely untrue".
