Klaxons Forced To 'Re-Record Second Album'

Klaxons have been asked to re-record certain parts of their second album, because it has been deemed not commercial enough by the band's label Polydor.
Jamie Reynolds explained to The Sun that their music is too experimental, so they will have to redo some sections. "We've been asked to re-record part of the album because we've made a dense, psychedelic record," Reynolds said.
"We've made a really heavy record and it isn't the right thing for us - I understand and know that." Simon explained. "First and foremost, we're a pop band. I haven't thought about that for a long time, and now it's in the forefront of my mind."
Klaxons will now finish off the follow-up to 2007's 'Myths Of The Near Future' within the next four weeks. It will then be released in Spring.
