Pet Shop Boys have denied they are collaborating with Las Vegas band The Killers at the BRIT Awards this month.
The 80s synthpop duo will be performing at the ceremony on February 20 at Earls Court in London and it was claimed last month, that the Las Vegas band would be joining them on stage.
"[It was] made up by the papers", frontman Neil Tennant says in response to the collaboration rumours. "There will be two guests for our performance, but I'd like it to be a surprise."
Pet Shop Boys will be honoured with the Oustanding Contribution To Music Award at the event. They then release new album 'Yes' on March 23rd.
Earlier today, Tennant slammed Simon Cowell and the X Factor.
